End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

DataBot Labs LLC thanks you for your interest in our Game, YoRealms, offered through our website and other services and platforms where such product may be made available (herein “Digital Storefront(s)” or “Platform(s)”), and in relation thereto, our Company website and our social media pages and accounts (collectively, the “Website”).

In order to create a better player experience for our entire community, we require all of our players to carefully review and accept the following End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) and Terms of Service (the “Terms”). This Agreement and the Terms describe the terms and conditions by which we offer you: (i) the right to download, install and/or use the Game and related documentation, and Services offered by us; and (ii) the right to use the Services, and more specifically, the Game in conjunction with your registered account on your chosen Platform (“Account”).

By accessing, downloading and/or using the Game, Website or Services, you represent that you are (i) at least thirteen (13) years of age or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, and where applicable (ii) your parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the Game. If you are at least thirteen (13) years of age but not of legal age to enter into a contract, you should review this Agreement with your parent or guardian.

1. Definitions

  • "Account" means your registered account on your chosen Platform or directly with YoRealms.
  • "Game" means the interactive entertainment product currently entitled "YoRealms", including the game client, website, and all versions thereof, and includes all expansions, updates, and embodied content.
  • "Services" means all products and services offered by us, including the Game, Website, and customer support.
  • "Virtual Currency" means the simulated currency "Orbs" used within the Game.
  • "Company", "we", "us" refers to DataBot Labs LLC.

2. Terms of Service

Playing the Game

You must have compatible hardware and an internet connection to play. We retain the right to monitor and/or record your communications sent to us directly or within our dedicated communities (chat) to protect the health and safety of our players and enforce these Terms.

User Comments and Feedback

We welcome your feedback. However, by submitting feedback or suggestions ("Feedback"), you assign all right, title, and interest in and to the Feedback to us. We may use your user comments for promotional purposes.

User Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of fan art, fiction, and video content you create ("UGC"). By sharing UGC, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your UGC for any purpose. You affirm that your UGC does not violate the rights of any third party.

Community Rules

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or dox other users.
  • Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Share sexually explicit content.
  • Impersonate Company employees.
  • Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or automation software (bots).
  • Engage in Real Money Trading (RMT) – buying/selling items or currency for real money.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please provide a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] including:

  • Signature of the copyright owner/agent.
  • Description of the copyrighted work and the infringing material.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

3. License & Ownership

Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game client.

Virtual Currency ("Orbs") and Items

License Only: You acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in your Account or any Virtual Goods (Orbs, items). These are licensed to you, not sold.

Orbs: "Orbs" are a virtual currency with no real-world value. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

No Refunds: Purchases of Orbs and Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If your account is terminated, you forfeit all Orbs and items.

No Transfers: You may not sell or transfer Orbs or items to other players for real money (RMT). Doing so will result in a permanent ban.

4. General Terms

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. DataBot Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

DataBot Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute between you and DataBot Labs LLC shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to choice of law principles. You agree that in the event of any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Terms, you and the Company each submit and consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and to the federal courts therein.
