DMCA Policy

1. Overview

DataBot Labs LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of YoRealms to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located in the Game (e.g., username, character name, specific location)
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24-48 hours
• Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district

6. Repeat Infringers

We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Game and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
